Marketing Intern (Content & Social Media)

Location: Remote (Delhi NCR preferred) Duration: 4 Months, extendable

Type: Task-Based (3-4 hours a day)

Role Overview

As a Marketing Intern, you'll create content with the Marketing team and manage our presence across Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, or other relevant platforms — growing our organic reach and website traffic.

This is a task-based role — we don't track fixed hours, we track output and impact.

Key Responsibilities

- • Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, graphics) for our products and brand story
- • Post and manage our presence on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- • Plan and execute content that drives organic reach, engagement, and traffic to our site
- • Track performance of posts/campaigns and iterate based on what's working
- • Stay on top of trends relevant to collectibles, automotive culture, and D2C brands

About Us The Diecast Store is a curated premium diecast collectibles D2C brand. We're looking for a creative,



social-media-savvy intern to build our online presence and grow our community of collectors and gift shoppers.

What We're Looking For

- Currently in 1st or 2nd year of college
- A genuine interest in content creation and social media marketing
- Creative eye — comfortable with content tools (Canva, CapCut, Reels editing, etc.)
- Self-driven — this is a task-based, output-first role with no fixed hours
- Delhi NCR based candidates preferred

Compensation Structure; (SIGNIFICANT)

- Month 1 is unpaid — a trial period to establish content direction and initial traction
- A base stipend will be enabled once either of the following is achieved:

Content drives measurable organic reach and engagement growth, and/or

Website traffic from content grows to at least 100 visitors/day, and/or

Content leads to active, trackable conversions/sales

- Performance certificate + Letter of Recommendation on successful completion
- Scope for extension beyond 3 months based on performance
