Traders Circuit is a SEBI-registered investment advisory and fintech platform focused on equity and derivatives trading. We are building a technology-led financial brand that helps traders make informed decisions through market insights, trade recommendations and disciplined risk management.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, numbers-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to own the complete marketing funnel:

- Acquisition
- App Installs
- Activation
- Paid Subscribers
- Revenue
- Retention

This is not a traditional brand/social media role. You will be directly responsible for user growth, customer acquisition, conversion and marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

- Own and scale Google Ads, UAC, Meta Ads and other performance channels
- Drive quality app installs and paid subscribers at an optimized CAC
- Manage the complete install → registration → activation → subscription funnel
- Track and improve CPI, CAC, conversion, ROAS, LTV and churn
- Own Firebase, GA4, Google Search Console and marketing analytics
- Develop SEO strategy to drive high-intent organic traffic and conversions
- Build WhatsApp/CRM automation for onboarding, conversion, engagement and renewals
- Drive social/content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, X and Telegram
- Develop influencer,



referral and strategic acquisition channels
- Build Traders Circuit's brand, PR and market presence
- Work closely with Founder, Product, Tech, Design and Sales teams
- Prepare weekly growth dashboards and actionable performance reports

KPIs

- Subscription Revenue
- ROAS
- LTV
- Retention
- Churn
- Organic Growth

The objective is simple:
- More paying customers.
- Lower CAC.
- Higher revenue.
- Better retention.

Qualifications

- 3–7 years of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience
- Proven Google Ads & Meta Ads expertise
- Experience scaling apps, fintech or subscription businesses
- Experience managing ₹5L+/month advertising budgets preferred
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, CPI, ROAS and conversion funnels
- Working knowledge of Firebase, GA4, SEO and CRM/WhatsApp marketing
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial and highly numbers-oriented
- Fintech / stock market / broking / wealth management experience is a strong advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

5 to 12 LPA
