Growth & Marketing Executive

We are a design agency looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our online presence and help us create new business opportunities.

This is not just a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can research, strategise, execute and continuously find ways to improve how our agency presents itself and attracts potential clients online.

You will work closely with the founder and design team, but will independently manage the agency's marketing and growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a clear digital marketing and growth strategy for the agency.
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Create content calendars and coordinate posts, case studies, project showcases and agency updates.
- Write clear and engaging copy for social media, websites, portfolios and service pages.
- Regularly update our website and online portfolio with new projects and services.
- Convert completed design projects into strong case studies and marketing content.
- Manage and optimise our Fiverr presence, including existing gigs, descriptions, keywords, pricing, FAQs and portfolio content.
- Research Fiverr and other marketplaces to identify new services the agency can offer.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends and service categories.
- Search LinkedIn and other platforms for relevant companies, potential clients, collaborations and business opportunities.
- Support lead-generation activities and maintain organised lists of potential prospects.
- Carry out basic keyword research and SEO optimisation for website pages and service listings.
- Monitor website, social media, Fiverr and campaign performance using available analytics.
- Track what is working,



identify areas for improvement and recommend new experiments.
- Explore AI tools and automation that can improve the agency's marketing and growth processes.
- Coordinate with designers when creative assets are required, while being able to independently handle basic marketing creatives when necessary.

Experience 13 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, social media, lead generation or a similar role.

Experience working with a creative agency, digital agency, startup, Fiverr/Upwork marketplace, or B2B service company would be an advantage.

This is an in-office position in Noida.

We are specifically looking for someone interested in building the agency's online presence and generating long-term growth, rather than someone whose experience is limited to scheduling social media posts.
