Role Description The Grow your career in Inside Sales – Apply today role at Codeyoung is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will engage with prospective learners and their families, explain course offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process.

You will conduct needs assessments, provide career-focused counseling related to coding education, and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM tools. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries,



delivering clear program information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to align sales strategies with learner goals and support overall growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and families.
- Career Counseling and Career Development abilities to guide learners toward suitable coding pathways.
- Analytical Skills to understand learner needs, interpret data, and optimize sales approaches.
- Prior experience in inside sales, education counseling, or edtech customer engagement is beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage high-volume interactions with professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in sales or counseling are an advantage.
