Role Description The Group COO role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Group COO will oversee day-to-day operations across the group’s brands, ensuring effective processes, consistent quality, and alignment with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities include driving operational performance, implementing business plans, managing budgets, and collaborating with finance teams to optimize profitability. The role will involve monitoring key performance metrics, leading cross-functional teams,



and supporting expansion initiatives in the tea market. The Group COO will also foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and customer-centric service across all units.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and Operations Management skills to lead multi-brand operations and execute strategic initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Budgeting skills to manage financial performance, optimize costs, and ensure sustainable growth.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, or related industries is beneficial.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior operations role, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.
