Greenfield Role | Build, Lead & Own a New Business Vertical

Are you an experienced Healthcare & Life Sciences recruitment leader with the ambition to build something of your own?

We are looking for a Vertical Head – Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Biotech & Medical Devices to build and lead a new business vertical from the ground up .

This is a true Greenfield opportunity . You will not simply inherit an established portfolio, you will have the opportunity to define the market, acquire clients, build the team, create the delivery engine, and own the growth and profitability of the vertical.

What You Will Own

Build the Vertical from Zero

Develop and execute the strategy to establish CareerXperts as a trusted talent solutions partner across Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Clinical Research and allied sectors.

Build the Client Portfolio

Identify target organizations, open new relationships, engage with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders and Business Heads, and convert opportunities into long-term strategic accounts.

Own Revenue & P&L;

Take end-to-end ownership of the vertical's revenue, margins, profitability, client portfolio and business performance.

Build the Recruitment Engine

Define the recruitment strategy, processes, sourcing channels and delivery model required to build a scalable and high-quality talent acquisition operation.

Build & Lead the Team

Hire, mentor and develop recruiters, business development professionals and other resources required to scale the vertical.

Create New Business Opportunities

Go beyond traditional recruitment mandates and identify opportunities across permanent hiring,



contract staffing, workforce solutions, executive search and other talent solutions .

Become a Market Builder

Develop a deep understanding of the Healthcare & Life Sciences ecosystem, identify emerging talent needs, map organizations and talent pools, and establish CareerXperts' presence in the market.

Drive Client Success

Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' workforce challenges and delivering solutions that create measurable business value.

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, talent solutions or executive search.
- Proven experience in business development and new client acquisition .
- Strong network among HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CXOs and Business Leaders within the target industries.
- Experience managing revenue, margins, key accounts or P&L; will be strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical, corporate and leadership hiring within the Healthcare & Life Sciences ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A strong hunter mentality someone who enjoys opening new doors and converting opportunities into business.
- Most importantly, an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, make decisions and build a business from the ground up.
