Position Overview:

We are seeking a GRC Analyst to provide support across various Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions. The position will support governance, risk management, security awareness, reporting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- The Security GRC Support Analyst will provide support in the following areas:

Governance and Policy Lifecycle

- Support governance activities and the security policy lifecycle.

- Assist with maintaining and managing policies, standards, and related documentation.

Risk, Vulnerability, and Remediation Tracking

- Support risk identification, tracking, and reporting.

- Assist with vulnerability and remediation tracking activities.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on remediation items.

Third-Party and Technology Risk Support





- Support third-party/vendor risk management activities.
- Assist with technology risk assessments and related documentation.
- Track and maintain risk-related evidence and remediation activities.

Security Awareness and Training

- Support security awareness and training activities.
- Assist with tracking training requirements, completion, and related reporting.

Metrics, Evidence, and Reporting

- Support the collection and organization of GRC metrics and evidence.
- Assist with preparing reports, dashboards, and compliance-related documentation.

- Maintain accurate and organized records for reporting and audit purposes.

Data Governance and Compliance

- Support data governance and compliance activities.

- Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and evidence.
- Support ongoing governance and regulatory requirements as needed.

Tools & Technology

- Experience with Diligent One is beneficial but not required.

- Exposure to UpGuard, Tenable, ServiceNow, or similar GRC/security tools may be relevant to the engagement.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with GRC platforms and security/compliance tools used for risk tracking, assessments, remediation, evidence management, and reporting.
