Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of professional experience to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertisements.

- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, infographics, and branding collateral.

- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.

- Produce artwork for print production while ensuring quality and accuracy.

- Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and other graphic elements.

- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

- Prepare final design files for production and publishing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and varied design projects.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.

- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design best practices.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.

- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
