Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Vocal Every Pal is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home.

The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, reel content, video editing and moodboards aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day work includes conceptualising and executing design ideas, collaborating with content and marketing, and iterating on feedback to refine visual outputs. The role also involves supporting branding initiatives, preparing design files for production,



and maintaining a consistent visual identity across campaigns and client projects.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment and managing multiple design requests simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Video Editing, with experience creating visual content for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for clients and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design, ensuring clarity, readability, and aesthetic balance in all creatives.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, After Effects, Runway and familiarity with design best practices.
- Ability to translate briefs into creative concepts, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work; prior experience in an agency or marketing environment is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Valuable time management, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and trends in design and digital marketing.
- Understanding of AI tools and AI generation platforms for designing.
