Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual concepts for book covers, interiors, marketing materials, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and publishing standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with editors, authors, and marketing teams, designing layouts, graphics, and logos, and preparing print-ready and digital files. The role also involves maintaining consistent branding across products,



selecting and applying appropriate typography, and reviewing design proofs for quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for print and digital publishing projects.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for books and marketing materials.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
- Understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and color management.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Sound interpersonal communication and a team playing skills who has the capability to amicably work with multiple teams.
