Our marketing team plays a crucial role in shaping the brand’s voice and visual identity—and we’re looking for a young, creative, and energetic Graphic Designer to join us at our Bhubaneswar office.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves bringing ideas to life across multiple digital and print platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing leadership to design everything from social media creatives and campaign visuals to brochures, videos, and in-school branding.

You should be quick, resourceful, and highly comfortable using AI-based design tools to accelerate creativity and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually compelling designs for social media, digital campaigns, print collaterals, and school branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to enhance productivity and creativity.




- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously with quick turnarounds.
- Edit videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for online use.
- Support ad hoc creative needs—presentations, event backdrops, standees, and internal communication materials.

Desired Profile:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or brand communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
- Robust creative instinct, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and pressure effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A portfolio that showcases creativity, speed, and versatility.
