We are seeking an experienced and creative Team Leader - Graphic Design to lead and manage our graphic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency, managing design projects, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Graphic Designers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of creative projects.
- Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and monitor the teams productivity and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their creative and technical skills.
- Conduct regular design reviews and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Creative Strategy & Design

- Conceptualize and develop creative designs for digital, social media, website, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with BabyOrganos brand identity and visual guidelines.




- Develop innovative design concepts and creative campaigns to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee product packaging designs and ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with the target market.

Brand Consistency

- Maintain consistency in visual elements, typography, colors, and overall branding across all communication channels.
- Ensure that all creative materials follow established brand guidelines.
- Continuously work towards strengthening and evolving the brands visual identity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, Content, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate marketing strategies and business requirements into effective and engaging visual communication.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary improvements.

Innovation & Trends

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Introduce fresh and innovative creative ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of design projects.
- Explore new design formats and creative approaches suitable for digital and D2C brands.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in Graphic Design, with experience in leading or managing a design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, digital campaigns, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
