We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Graphic Designer with a solid background in D2C brands. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity, building engaging marketing creatives, and elevating the customer experience across channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and develop the visual identity of the brand across all customer touchpoints.
- Design compelling creatives for performance marketing (Meta, Google, etc.), email campaigns, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Create visual assets for product launches, landing pages, packaging, website, and app interfaces (in collaboration with the UI/UX team).
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into high-impact visual communication.
- Lead and mentor junior designers and freelancers when required.
- Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics and tone across all channels.
- Participate in A/B testing of creatives and iterate based on performance data.
- Stay updated on design trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies in the D2C space.
- Manage and lead a team of graphic and animation designers, regularly providing creative briefs, guidance,



and feedback to ensure alignment with brand objectives and timely execution of projects

Requirements

4–7 years of design experience, preferably in fast-paced D2C or e-commerce brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing work in digital marketing, branding, packaging, and UI visuals.

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Canva.

Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout design.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Familiarity with performance metrics in marketing (CTR, engagement rates) is a plus.

Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro) are a bonus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
