Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, campaign assets, infographics, banners,

advertisements, and other digital content.
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content, including reels, social videos, explainers,

promotional content, and campaign videos.
- Own the visual execution across graphic design and video while ensuring consistency with Kombee’s brand identity.
- Translate marketing briefs, ideas, and business messages into clear, engaging, and visually strong communication.
- Design internal and external presentation decks, sales collateral, case-study visuals, and other branded business communication.
- Create platform-specific creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
- Handle video cuts, pacing, subtitles, typography, transitions, B-roll, music, sound, colour correction,

and basic motion graphics.
- Use AI-assisted workflows for image generation, video generation, creative ideation, editing,

voice/audio,



and rapid visual experimentation.
- Build reusable templates and creative systems that help maintain brand consistency and improve creative turnaround time.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, sales, and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative assets within agreed timelines.
- Independently manage creative requirements from initial brief and concept through final output.
- Review and refine creative outputs based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

- Core Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva for rapid content creation, branded templates, presentations, and social media assets.
- Solid graphic design and video editing capabilities.
