VZY is looking for a conceptually robust and visually sharp Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

This is a hands-on, digital-first role where youll work across App, Performance Marketing, CLM & Social Mediaturning briefs into creative work that is not just beautiful, but effective.

What You’ll Do -

- Create digital creatives for App, Performance Marketing, CLM & Social Media
- Develop visual concepts for campaigns, launches, offers & product communication
- Design banners, notifications, landing-page assets, social posts, carousels & stories
- Create conversion-oriented performance creatives
- Build cohesive visual systems, templates & design assets

What We’re Looking For -

- Strong understanding of visual design, typography, composition, colour & layout
- Strong conceptual thinking with excellent execution skills




- Experience designing for digital platforms & social media
- Ability to work across brand-led and performance-led creatives
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Tools & AI -

- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is expected
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or other motion/video tools is an added advantage
- AI proficiency is a plus, particularly experience using generative AI tools for image creation, visual exploration, ideation, image editing or creative experimentation
