Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and creatively driven Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer who can produce modern, high-performing visual content at scale. The role involves creating static and animated ad creatives, social media posts, banners, product visuals, brand assets, and AI-generated imagery for digital platforms.

- Conceptualise and design ad creatives, banners and social posts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Create engaging static and carousel content, product visuals, and promotional graphics
- Convert briefs, copy and raw assets into visually compelling designs
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to generate images, backgrounds, characters and product environments
- Produce multiple creative variations for campaigns different formats, hooks, layouts and CTAs
- Apply strong typography, colour theory, layout and composition principles
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Repurpose creatives across formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)
- Collaborate with copywriters, video editors,



and marketing/performance teams on conversion-focused creatives
- Stay updated on design trends, ad formats, and emerging AI tools

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of graphic design experience (agency, D2C, digital marketing or startup)
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Figma
- Strong experience with AI image-generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or equivalent)
- Positive understanding of branding, visual hierarchy and performance-driven design
- Ability to deliver high volume without compromising quality
- Strong portfolio with ad creatives and AI-assisted design work (mandatory)
- Design degree/diploma preferred; strong portfolios also considered
