Realspace Group is a real estate marketer & developer in Indore building premium residential, plotted, and commercial projects. We're growing our in-house creative capability and looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.
Role Overview
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to produce visuals across social media and print — from Instagram/Facebook creatives and stories to brochures, hoardings, and site signage for our active projects.
Responsibilities
- Design daily social media creatives (posts, reels covers, story templates)
- Create print collateral
- Maintain visual consistency across ongoing project brands
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and festival/occasion stories
- Turn rough briefs into polished, on-brand designs quickly
- Prepare print-ready files (bleed,
CMYK, dielines) for vendors
Requirements
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience (real estate/agency background is a plus)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Coreldraw (or equivalent)
- Solid sense of layout, typography, and color
- Ability to design for both digital (social) and print formats
- Comfortable working with quick turnarounds and multiple projects at once
Nice to Have
- Basic video editing (Reels & stories/Instagram content)
- Familiarity with real estate marketing visuals
