Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pune Division.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, event collaterals, and in-space visuals that reflect Raaha’s brand and values. The role involves developing and refining brand identities, designing logos and icons, and ensuring consistent use of typography, color, and imagery across all touchpoints.

Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing,



programming, and operations teams to translate wellness experiences and programs into clear, calming, and engaging visual narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include concept development, layout design, preparing files for production, working with vendors when needed, and iterating designs based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create cohesive visual systems and layouts.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent, recognizable brand identity.
- Proficiency in Typography, including selection, hierarchy, and legibility for both digital and print applications.
- Comfort using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful design aligned with wellness, lifestyle, or experience-led brands.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a user-centered approach to visual communication.
- Understanding of basic digital marketing design requirements (social media formats, web assets, email creatives) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in wellness, hospitality, or community-focused brands is a plus.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
