Role Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our team in Surat.

The role involves working across branding, packaging, digital campaigns, social media, print, and other creative requirements. The designer will be responsible for taking a brief from concept to final execution while maintaining strong visual consistency and attention to detail.

You will work closely with the creative team, understand brand themes and visual languages, interpret feedback effectively, and translate ideas into refined design solutions.

The ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work is essential.

Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for branding, packaging, digital, and print.
- Create and refine logos, brand identities, layouts, social media creatives, and campaign assets.
- Apply strong fundamentals of color, typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Work on photo manipulation, retouching, image compositing, and visual enhancement when required.
- Understand and maintain a brand’s visual language across different applications.
- Interpret briefs and feedback clearly and make thoughtful design revisions.
- Prepare artwork and production-ready files for digital and print applications.




- Collaborate with the creative team and contribute to brainstorming and concept development.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within tight timelines.

Experience

- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative, branding, or design agency environment.
- Experience working across branding, packaging, digital campaigns, social media, and print design.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and photo manipulation.
- Ability to understand brand themes, visual language, creative direction, and feedback and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and working under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Technical Skills

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- CorelDRAW
- Proficiency in other relevant design tools is a plus.

Qualifications

- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a creative team.
- A portfolio demonstrating solid design thinking, execution, and attention to detail.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial, but practical experience and a strong portfolio are equally valued.
