Role Description The Graphic Designer at Event Bowtie is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. In this position, the designer creates visual concepts and designs for event-related materials such as posters, banners, digital assets, presentations, and social media content.

Responsibilities include developing and refining branding elements, designing logos and typography treatments, preparing files for print and digital platforms, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with event planners, marketing teams, and clients to understand requirements, present design options, and incorporate feedback.

The Graphic





Designer also supports the production process by coordinating with vendors and ensuring that final outputs meet quality and timeline expectations.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual materials for events.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and aesthetic balance.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating event-related design work, branding projects, or other creative visual solutions.
