The brand offers over 250 varieties of indoor and outdoor plants paired with designer planters to create greener homes, workplaces, and urban spaces.

Plants are grown in solar-powered nurseries and nurtured by local communities, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and rural empowerment. Daali emphasizes conscious living by integrating eco-friendly practices with thoughtful design. Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time, on-site in Kolkata, creating visual assets that reflect Daali’s green lifestyle ethos and brand identity.

Responsibilities include designing marketing materials such as social media creatives, web banners, product packaging designs, and promotional campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Day-to-day tasks also include visiting the nursery or stores to generate content, preparing print-ready files, managing design projects from concept to delivery, and iterating on feedback to continuously improve visual communication.

Designer will help communicate Daali’s sustainability and design-focused values through clear, engaging, and aesthetically aligned graphics.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design,



with the ability to create cohesive visual narratives across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Branding to develop and maintain a distinctive, consistent brand identity.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and visually appealing designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple design projects.
- Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense aligned with sustainability and lifestyle branding, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Formal education in design, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Familiarity with social media content design, basic knowledge of digital marketing practices, and comfort working on-site in Kolkata.
- Hands-on experience in photography, videography and content creation.
- Proficiency in video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar software.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, audio and visual storytelling.
- Ability to independently conceptualise, shoot, design and edit content from start to finish.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, videography and social media content is mandatory.
