About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital, social media, branding, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and other promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, catalogues, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collaterals.

Develop graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

Design promotional creatives for products, campaigns, events, exhibitions, and launches.

Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Product teams to understand design requirements.

Convert concepts and briefs into attractive and effective visual designs.

Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, colors, layouts, and visual identity.

Create product-related creatives including product features, benefits, technical information, and promotional content.

Edit images, product photographs, and marketing visuals as required.





Support the development of videos, reels, motion graphics, and other multimedia content where required.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work within timelines.

Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing practices.

Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, images, and brand assets.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking.

Positive attention to detail.

Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual communication.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple assignments.

Basic understanding of social media design specifications and digital marketing creatives.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

Relevant skilled certification or portfolio will be an added advantage.

Experience

25 years of relevant experience in graphic designing, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, construction, real estate, FMCG, or B2B environment.
