for Designer The Assistant Manager – Creatives is responsible for producing the full range of visual and design assets that support Abdos's marketing, sales, and brand initiatives. This role sits at the execution layer of the marketing team, translating campaign plans and content strategy into finished creative output across digital, print, and web formats — while also supporting broader group-level design needs.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & campaign creatives

- Create social media (SM) campaign creatives in line with the planned content calendar
- Design emailers for marketing and outreach communications

Print & collateral design
- Design flyers and brochures for products, events, and promotions
- Edit and update product/company catalogues
- Design merchandise items as required

Event & exhibition support
- Create posters and signage for exhibitions
- Design layouts and visual materials for events

Website & digital presence




- Design website page layouts and visual assets
- Update website content as needed, coordinating with the website agency where relevant

Presentations & internal materials
- Update existing PowerPoint presentations and create new ones as required

Group-level design work
- Support cross-group design projects (e.g., group presentations, group videos, and other shared initiatives beyond Labtech-specific work)

Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
- Robust sense of visual branding and layout consistency
- Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfort working across print, digital, and web design formats
- Collaborative mindset for coordinating with marketing planning, website agency, and group-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, readability, and font pairing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, professional design work; experience in scientific or B2B sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to translate complex technical or scientific concepts into accessible visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
