Code Decode Labs is a cybersecurity and digital trust organisation helping businesses strengthen their security, compliance, and technology landscape. We work across cybersecurity, data protection, regulatory compliance, and IT assurance. As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a creative designer who can help shape how our brand and ideas are presented visually.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing communications.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral .
- Design web pages, landing pages, and UI screens using Figma .
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas into impactful visual communication.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and motion-based content .
- Maintain consistency across the brand’s visual identity.




- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and content requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in graphic/digital design.
- Solid hands-on experience with Figma .
- Good understanding of UI/UX and web design principles .
- Experience with relevant design and video-editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar .
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy .
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Good to Have Experience working with B2B, technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services brands will be an added advantage.
