Office Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Design Intern who is genuinely passionate about design, visual storytelling, and creative experimentation. This role offers an prospect to learn how creative design contributes to performance marketing and digital growth while working closely with the Growth team.

You'll work on creating engaging static, video, and motion creatives for digital campaigns and social media while learning how creative decisions can influence audience engagement and campaign performance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create static, video, and motion creatives for digital campaigns and social media.
2. Translate ideas and briefs into visually compelling creative concepts.
3. Apply strong design fundamentals, including composition, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual balance.
4. Develop short-form videos and motion graphics for performance-driven campaigns.
5. Collaborate with the Growth team to understand campaign objectives and creative requirements.
6. Iterate on creatives based on feedback and performance insights.
7. Experiment with different creative formats, visual styles, and storytelling approaches.
8.



Explore and incorporate AI-assisted creative tools and workflows where relevant.
9. Stay updated on emerging trends in design, motion, social media, and digital creatives.

Other requirements

Must-Have Skills:
1. Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals and visual communication, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
2. Ability to create both static designs and motion/video creatives.
3. Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively through design.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Strong portfolio showcasing design, motion, video, or other creative work.

Good to Have
1. Experience creating digital advertising or social media creatives.
2. Experience with short-form video or motion graphics.
3. Familiarity with performance marketing creatives.
4. Understanding of creative formats across Meta and Google.
5. Basic understanding of creative testing, iteration, and optimization.
6. Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.
