Role Description The Graphic Design Intern will support the creation of visual assets that align with 1nHR’s brand and product vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the design of social media graphics, marketing materials, product visuals, and presentation templates, as well as participating in brainstorming sessions and refining concepts based on feedback. The intern will help with logo variations, iconography, and basic image editing to ensure consistency across digital channels.





This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role provides hands-on experience working closely with design and marketing stakeholders in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

- Solid foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an understanding of layout, color, and typography.
- Ability to contribute to Logo Design and Branding to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Jaipur.
- A portfolio or samples of previous design work that demonstrate creativity and basic design competency.
