At Crobstacle Ventures LLP, we’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who wants to build strong design fundamentals through real-world work.

This role is meant for students and freshers from a design, visual communication, fine arts, multimedia, animation, or related creative background who want practical exposure to branding, social media design, presentations, marketing assets, digital products, and client-facing creative work.

You won’t just be asked to make “pretty posts.” You’ll learn how design supports brand communication, marketing, storytelling, and business outcomes.

What You’ll Work On

- Social media creatives for multiple brands and industries
- Brand identity and visual communication assets
- Presentation and pitch-deck design
- Marketing campaign creatives
- Website and landing-page visual assets
- Product and SaaS-related graphics
- Digital advertisements and promotional materials
- Creative concepts and mood boards
- Internal Crobstacle and client-brand design requirements
- Refining designs based on feedback and brand guidelines

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related creative field
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, spacing, and composition
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines
- Attention to detail and visual consistency
- Willingness to take feedback and improve quickly
- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong learning mindset




- Comfortable working full-time from our Dehradun office

Internship Tracks3-Month Beginner Internship

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹1,500/month For candidates at an early stage who need structured learning, execution discipline, and practical exposure.

6-Month Advanced Internship

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Progressive, based on performance and capability, up to ₹5,000/month For candidates who show strong potential and want deeper exposure to professional design, branding, and client work.

Pro Internship

Duration: Customizable

Stipend: Up to ₹5,000/month, based on experience and skill level For candidates who already demonstrate strong design fundamentals, a good portfolio, and the ability to contribute independently from an early stage.
