About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically strong 2025/26 engineering graduates to join our Production team as Graduate Engineer Trainees.

The selected candidates will work in a wind turbine blade manufacturing environment, supporting day-to-day production activities, process adherence, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to build their careers in the renewable energy, advanced manufacturing and composite materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day wind turbine blade manufacturing and production activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to defined SOPs, work instructions and process parameters.
- Support production activities including pre-fabrication, material preparation, mould preparation, composite material lay-up, bonding, curing, finishing and assembly.
- Monitor production output, cycle time, productivity and material consumption.
- Identify production issues, process deviations and quality abnormalities and escalate them to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Stores and other departments to ensure smooth production.
- Maintain production records, process documentation and daily production reports.
- Assist in implementing 5S, Kaizen,



Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for production and quality issues.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials, tools, equipment and consumables.
- Follow all EHS, safety and quality standards within the manufacturing facility.
- Support supervisors and senior engineers in achieving daily/monthly production targets.
- Participate in training programs related to wind turbine blade manufacturing, composite materials and production processes.

Preferred Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech – Production Engineering

Passing Year: 2025/26

Candidates with robust academic fundamentals and an interest in manufacturing/production are preferred.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of Engineering Drawing and Manufacturing Processes.
- Understanding of quality concepts and process control.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen / TPM will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a shop-floor/manufacturing environment.




- Willingness to learn composite manufacturing and wind-turbine blade production processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
