We are looking for a motivated Graduate Architect to join our team and develop into a Construction Estimator and Project Coordinator supporting projects across North America .
Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous estimating or construction experience is not required. We are looking for attitude, initiative, attention to detail, and a robust willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Review architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating.
- Review specifications and tender documents.
- Assist with material pricing and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender and project documentation.
- Support project coordination and communication with project teams and suppliers.
- Learn North American construction practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Strong computer skills.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
