Role Description

We are looking for Graduate Engineers for full-time, on-site opportunities based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh engineering graduates and early-career professionals who want to begin their careers in a manufacturing workplace and gain practical exposure across Production, Process, Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Projects, Utilities, Quality, Automation, Engineering Operations, and Continuous Improvement.

Graduate Engineers will work closely with experienced engineers, plant teams, supervisors, technicians, quality teams, and other departments while receiving hands-on exposure to plant operations and engineering systems.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.




- Final-year engineering students who are completing their degree and are available for full-time employment may also be considered.
- Candidates currently working as Graduate Engineer Trainee, Trainee Engineer, Junior Engineer, Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Project Engineer, or Quality Engineer can also apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, engineering, energy, cement, steel, packaging, agro-processing, or other industrial sectors are welcome.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, equipment, and industrial operations.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and engineering documentation.
- Exposure to AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP, ERP, PLC/SCADA, MATLAB, or other engineering tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Internship, industrial training, academic project, plant visit, workshop experience, or engineering project will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a practical plant environment.
- Good communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work with engineers, technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and shifts if required.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
