Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Goushala & Dairy Operations Supervisor to manage daily cattle care, dairy operations, livestock management, and farm workers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily Goushala, dairy & livestock operations.

Supervise cattle caretakers and farm workers.

Monitor cattle feeding, health, hygiene and well-being.

Supervise milking operations and maintain milk production records.

Manage fodder, cattle feed, medicines and other requirements.

Coordinate with veterinarians for cattle health and treatment.

Maintain cattle, dairy, inventory and daily operation records.

Ensure cleanliness,



safety and proper farm maintenance.

Implement good practices in cattle and livestock management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Goushala, dairy farming, cattle care or livestock management.

Valuable knowledge of cattle care, dairy and farm operations.

Strong team supervision and management skills.

Responsible, hardworking and willing to work on-site.

Education

10th / 12th Pass. Diploma/Certificate in Animal Husbandry, Dairy Farming, Agriculture or Livestock Management will be an advantage.
