We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert for a Full-time role to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns with a solid focus on generating qualified leads, increasing conversions, and delivering measurable ROI. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC, with strong expertise in managing Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns. The role involves conducting keyword and competitor research, developing and optimizing ad campaigns, managing budgets and bidding strategies, monitoring key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS, and continuously identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and scaling.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, A/B testing, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization, along with the ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns is preferred, and Google Ads certification will be an added advantage.
