We’re looking for someone who can handle Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end, not just campaign management.

You should be able to build the entire advertising setup from scratch, troubleshoot tracking issues, launch campaigns, and optimize based on actual conversion data.

- Events, conversions and attribution
- Landing page tracking and UTM setup
- Domain verification and event configuration
- Facebook Business Manager / Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads account setup and linking
- Audience creation, remarketing and lookalike audiences
- Troubleshooting tracking discrepancies between platforms
- Reading campaign data and identifying what is actually driving conversions
- Budget management and scaling campaigns profitably
- A/B testing creatives, audiences,

If we give you a new website, a new Meta account and a new Google Ads account, you should be comfortable handling everything — tracking, pixels, events, conversions, campaigns and optimization - without needing someone else to set up the technical side for you.

You should understand why something is working or not working, rather than simply following a checklist.

Experience with eCommerce, lead generation and healthcare/wellness brands is a plus.

Not looking for:

- Someone who only knows how to launch campaigns
- Someone dependent on another person for tracking/pixel setup
- Someone who just increases/decreases budgets based on CPA
- Someone who cannot explain campaign performance
