We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist who is passionate about digital advertising, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align campaigns with brand goals and KPIs.
- Ad Creation & Management:
- Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations for both platforms.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, leveraging advanced targeting and bidding strategies.
- Manage ad budgets, pacing, and performance tracking to ensure efficient spending.
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Continuously analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- To maximize effectiveness, perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements.
- Generate detailed performance reports and insights for clients, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
- Platform Expertise & Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices for Google and Meta advertising platforms.




- Experiment with new tools, ad formats, and strategies to keep campaigns innovative and ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

- 2 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies, including search, display, shopping, and video ads.
- Proficient in campaign setup, optimization, and tracking using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).
- Creative mindset for developing engaging ad content and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with a focus on delivering client results.
