- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go) .
- Experience building high-performance APIs, backend services & distributed systems .
- Strong experience with Microservices and containerised applications .
- Hands-on experience with REST, gRPC and messaging platforms .
- Good understanding of cloud-native application development .
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability & reliability .
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines .
- Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience collaborating with Architects and DevOps teams .
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices .
