- Supervise day-to-day warehouse and godown operations.

- Manage the receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.

- Ensure proper arrangement and safe storage of stock.

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials.

- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against relevant documents.

- Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per requirements.

- Maintain proper warehouse and dispatch documentation.

- Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and other internal teams.





- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.

- Identify stock discrepancies and report them to the concerned team.

- Ensure smooth and effective warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

- Handle dispatch planning and coordination.

- Check materials during receiving and dispatch.

- Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.

- Maintain 5S, safety, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.

- Resolve day-to-day warehouse and dispatch issues.
