Role Description The GM–Sales role at Chulbul Preschool is a full-time hybrid position based in Jaipur, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving franchise sales, overseeing lead generation, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospective partners into successful franchisees. Day-to-day activities include setting sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of partner and parent satisfaction.





The GM–Sales will collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, operational processes, and customer service standards. This role also involves leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting presentations and meetings with potential partners, and representing Chulbul Preschool at events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales skills with proven experience in franchise or service-based sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- General Management capabilities, such as planning, strategy development, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise, with the ability to build relationships, understand stakeholder needs, and ensure positive experiences.
- Team Management experience, including mentoring, goal setting, performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Experience in education, preschool, or franchise business models is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Jaipur, manage field visits, and travel locally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
