Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Finance & Operations to manage and control Beverage Warehouse, Distribution, Finance & Accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Warehouse & Distribution

- Manage overall beverage warehouse and depot operations.
- Oversee inward, storage, stock handling, picking, loading, dispatch and outward movement.
- Monitor inventory, physical stock, system stock and daily reconciliation.
- Control damages, breakage, shortages, leakage, expiry and returns.
- Manage vehicle loading, route planning, delivery and distribution efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport and Delivery teams.
- Ensure proper warehouse discipline, stock rotation and operational controls.

Finance & Accounts

- Manage Finance, Accounts, MIS, P&L;, Cash Flow and Working Capital.




- Monitor receivables, collections, payables, expenses and profitability.
- Handle GST, TDS, audits and statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial and operational reports for management.
- Implement effective financial and internal controls.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Beverage/FMCG Distribution and Warehouse Operations.
- Valuable knowledge of Finance & Accounts, P&L;, MIS, Inventory and Working Capital.
- Strong leadership, analytical and team-management skills.
- Beverage Distribution / Depot / Warehouse experience is highly preferred.
