Fundraising & Investor Relationships

- Build solid relationships with investment bankers, financial institutions, banks, and advisors to raise funds for various business verticals
- Manage investor relationships post-fundraising through regular updates, business reports, and transparent communication

Financial Modeling & Deal Execution

- Develop comprehensive financial models (including CMA) for equity or debt fund raising: Bank Loans, NCD, FCCB, ECB
- Prepare deal documentation (information memoranda, pitch decks) and facilitate due diligence processes
- Analyse industry trends and competitor positioning to support fundraising strategy

Compliance & Debt Management

- Manage LIE (Legal Advisors) appointed by Financial Institutions
- Ensure all regulatory compliances and manage debt servicing for equity and financial institutions

Financial Operations & Reporting

- Work closely with Accounts Team for financial reporting, cash flow management, and finance docketing
- Identify improvements in financial and operational areas through data-driven analysis

Preferred candidate profile Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or fund raising in mid-size business, start-up or AIFs
