- Optimization
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to meet service level targets while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, reduce lead times, and improve supply chain visibility.
- Analyze historical data, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

- Procurement &
- Materials Management
- Create and manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers to expedite or reschedule orders based on changes in demand or supply.
- Maintain material master data in ERP systems, including item descriptions, lead times, and pricing.
- Support supplier onboarding, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Supplier Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary procurement contact for assigned suppliers, building strong partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements to achieve the best commercial outcomes for Revvity.
- Collaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive supplier performance data and scorecards.

- Global Coordination &
- Reporting
- Coordinate planning, procurement, and materials management activities across Revvity's global network of manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and commercial affiliates.
- Provide visibility and reporting on supply chain KPIs, inventory status, and procurement performance.
- Support the development of strategic sourcing strategies and category management plans.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, leveraging tools like SAP,
Power BI, and advanced analytics.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
- Participate in continuous learning and training programs to enhance technical and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge to drive operational excellence across Revvity.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, or Procurement role, preferably in a global, multi-site workplace.
- Proven track record of driving supply chain optimization and process improvements.
- Experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in SAP ERP (or equivalent ERP system) for procurement, materials management, and reporting.
- Skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and KPI management using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Understanding of supply chain planning methodologies (e.g., MRP, S&OP;, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with digital supply chain technologies (e.g., automation, AI/ML, IoT) is a plus.
