About the Role

This is not a content-calendar job. You will own how Masin shows up in the room, on stage, and in front of the people who decide who wins GAR rankings and who gets referred for the next big dispute. You'll run sponsorships, negotiate with venues and partners, plan events and dinners end to end, own our content and social media presence, and make sure our thought leadership (webinars, ebooks, Lexology, GAR submissions) lands with a senior, global audience.

You will have a lot of autonomy. Your manager will not be chasing you for updates. In return,



we need someone who chases themselves.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute events, dinners, and experiences end to end, including sponsorships and vendor negotiations
- Manage LinkedIn and social media presence, including content calendar and engagement
- Own marketing materials end to end, from content to design to publishing
- Track and manage vendor and partner payments
- Mentor and grow a marketing executive into someone who can lead independently

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, legal, or a similarly relationship-driven industry
- Proven experience owning sponsorships and event budgets, not just event logistics
- Strong design sense with the ability to own materials end to end
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Canva (or similar design tools), LinkedIn, and AI tools such as Claude
- Solid communication skills, including comfort communicating directly with founders and senior leadership

What Success Looks Like

- Minimal follow-up required once tasks are assigned
- Events and sponsorships run smoothly without last-minute scrambles
- Rankings and listings submissions are completed on time, every cycle
- Marketing materials move from brief to published without rewor
