Role & responsibilities

1. Production Planning &
- Coordination

- Prepare and implement production plans based on PMC work orders and actual production requirements to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.

- Monitor production progress and identify deviations from the planned schedule.

- Allocate manpower, equipment, tools, and other resources effectively to improve production efficiency.

- Participate in lean improvement activities such as Finishmark, SGA, IKW, and other improvement projects to enhance OEE and UPH.

- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of major production issues.

1. IE Industrial Engineering

- Support IE activities related to productivity improvement, manpower optimization, line balancing, and process efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze production performance, including OEE, UPH, cycle time, and productivity.

- Identify process bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

- Assist in improving production layout, work methods, and utilization of manpower and equipment.

- Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.

- Work with IE and production teams to identify abnormal conditions and implement corrective actions.

1. Production Site &
- Process Management

- Implement and maintain 5S and standardized management practices across the production area.

- Monitor employee discipline and compliance with standard operating procedures.

- Conduct regular checks on 5S implementation and support corrective actions.

- Implement company projects and identify potential operational risks and improvement opportunities.

- Analyze workshop costs and support effective cost-control measures.

- Improve process yield and equipment utilization while reducing scrap and wastage.

- Ensure process and product quality requirements are maintained and customer complaints are minimized.

- Maintain accuracy of production data, reports, and inventory records.

- Monitor and control overdue, excess, or slow-moving inventory.

1. Planning &
- Material Coordination





- Coordinate with Planning/PMC teams to ensure production plans are aligned with customer requirements and available resources.

- Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid production interruptions due to material shortages.

- Track production plan versus actual output and highlight gaps for timely action.

- Support production priority changes and schedule adjustments based on business requirements.

- Ensure proper coordination between production, material, warehouse, IE, QA, and other relevant functions.

1. Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely movement and availability of materials for production.

- Support smooth flow of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods within the plant.

- Monitor material movement and ensure proper inventory control.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to avoid delays in material handling and production dispatches.

- Support improvement initiatives related to material flow, storage, handling, and logistics efficiency.

1. Safety Control

- Promote safety awareness among employees and ensure safe working practices.

- Ensure employees operate equipment and perform activities according to established safety procedures.

- Conduct and support regular safety inspections to identify and prevent potential risks.

- Ensure compliance with company safety requirements and procedures.

- Escalate safety-related abnormalities and support timely corrective actions.

1. Team Building &
- Corporate Culture

- Train employees on SOPs, standard operations, job responsibilities, and safety requirements.





- Support talent development by identifying potential team members and assisting in their development plans.

- Provide regular guidance and coaching to team members to improve their performance.

- Promote company and departmental culture within the team.

- Support employee engagement and implementation of company initiatives.

- Contribute to team structure, employee development, and process optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

- B Tech (ECE, EEE, Electrical &
- Mechanical Only)

Required Experience

- 01 years of experience.

- Fresh graduates with relevant academic/project experience may also be considered.

Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

- Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.

- Proficiency in relevant technical software and engineering tools.

- Valuable logical and analytical thinking.

- Ability to identify and differentiate between normal and abnormal conditions.

- Technical certification or participation in technical projects/festivals is an advantage.

Skills

- Project Management: Ability to work effectively in a team and manage academic or technical projects.

- Time Management: Ability to plan and complete tasks within required timelines.

- Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate a small team when required.

- Learning Ability: Willingness to learn new processes and understand their criticality; preferably having at least one relevant skill certification.
