We are hiring on behalf of one of our reputed clients for the position of German Language Processor / Associate.

Location: Bangalore

Walk-In Date: 5th September

Experience: 1–6 Years

Eligibility Criteria:

- German Language Proficiency – B2 or C1 (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of HR / HR Shared Services experience
- 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
- Adaptable to work in rotational and night shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- HR Helpdesk & Advisory Support
- Hire-to-Retire HR Processes
- Learning & Development Operations
- Data Management & Quality Control
- Process Improvement Activities

Preferred Skills:





- Experience supporting global clients
- Exposure to Payroll, Recruitment Operations, L&D; Operations, and Benefits Administration
- Workday / HCM Certification
- Goethe German Certification
