1. Project Coordinator – Mining Plan

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator – Mining Plan to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the preparation of Mining Plans in accordance with applicable Central Government guidelines, approved standards, procedures, Acts, Rules and regulations.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the technical quality and correctness of the Mining Plan and for coordinating inputs from various Technical Area Experts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of Mining Plans in accordance with applicable guidelines, standards and procedures.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical experts and guide the team in preparation of the Mining Plan.
- Develop mine layouts, production and mine development schedules considering geological characteristics and mineral-resource conditions.
- Review and ensure correctness and consistency of technical data incorporated in the report.
- Address mine geology, mineral deposits, reserves, mineable resources, mine development, mechanization, mine life and production planning.
- Review blasting parameters, mine drainage, mineral stacking, processing and waste-disposal proposals.
- Coordinate environmental management, reclamation, mine closure and Rehabilitation & Resettlement components.
- Ensure appropriate safety planning and accident-analysis inputs.
- Review and integrate technical inputs from geology, surveying, GIS, civil/mechanical/electrical, finance, socio-economics, EHS and geotechnical disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with the MMDR Act, applicable rules, regulations and amendments.
- Provide technical leadership in planning, team selection, coordination and report preparation.

1. Technical Area Expert – Mining Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer to provide technical expertise in mine planning, mine design, production planning and Mining Plan preparation for open-cast and underground mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Mining Plans, Pre-Feasibility Reports and Feasibility Project Reports.
- Develop surface and underground mine plans and layouts using survey and risk-assessment data.
- Design mining methods for open-cast and underground coal, metal and non-metal mines.
- Reconcile prospecting data with mine plans and production plans.
- Use specialized mine-planning and modelling software for mine design and operational planning.
- Develop production and mine-development schedules.




- Plan equipment and machinery requirements for mineral treatment and mining operations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual production plans.
- Apply risk-management principles to mine design.
- Incorporate emerging mining technologies and current best practices.

1. Technical Area Expert – Mining Geologist

Position: Technical Area Expert – Mining Geologist Function: Geology / Mineral Exploration / Resource Evaluation

About the Role

We are looking for a Mining Geologist experienced in geological investigation, prospecting data interpretation, ore-body modelling, geological mapping and mineral-resource evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

- Scout and assess prospecting activities and prepare prospecting activity plans and budgets.
- Supervise drilling operations at prospective locations.
- Collect, evaluate and report field samples and maintain activity logs.
- Prepare geological maps, lithologs, cross-sections and geological models.
- Develop ore-body models using geological and prospecting data.
- Interpret 2D/3D seismic data and prepare geological maps and models.
- Manage prospecting databases and sample information.
- Supervise field crews and drilling teams.
- Evaluate geological and mineable resources from national and international prospects.
- Review GSI, MECL and other prospecting reports and correlate available data.
- Assess the potential of mineral prospects and contribute to feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and laws.

1. Technical Area Expert – Remote Sensing & GIS

Position: Technical Area Expert – Remote Sensing & GIS Function: GIS / Remote Sensing / Spatial Analysis

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Sensing & GIS Expert to support Mining Plan preparation through spatial analysis, GIS database management, remote sensing, GPS and digital mapping.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertake Remote Sensing, GIS and GPS-based analysis for Mining Plan assignments.
- Develop and manage GIS databases.
- Undertake spatial analysis, overlay analysis and data management.
- Process and interpret geospatial information relevant to mining and mineral areas.
- Support digital photogrammetry and mapping activities.
- Undertake excavation measurement and related spatial analysis.
- Integrate GIS outputs with geological, survey and mine-planning information.
