Role Description The Generative AI Video Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, West Bengal. We're an enterprise partner of BytePlus, ByteDance's B2B technology arm, the company behind Seedance, CapCut, and TikTok. That partnership gives our team access to their enterprise-level platform, exclusive to enterprise partners.

This role is responsible for producing short-form and long-form video content on that enterprise-level platform, built to create short drama through 3D scene blocking and generative AI, alongside other enterprise AI video models. Day-to-day work includes converting scripts into finished AI-generated videos, producing product demos, ads, explainers, and social content, and creating AI-generated avatars, voiceovers, animations, and motion graphics. The specialist will work with writers, editors, and creative directors on narrative pacing and visual style, build reusable templates and workflows to speed up production,



and maintain a consistent visual identity across all Databazaar and Seal Global content.

The role also involves coordinating directly with our platform partner's support team to learn new features, and staying current on new AI video tools and industry trends.

Must Have

- Experience creating high-quality video content on generative AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise-grade AI video model, such as Seedance, Google Veo, Kling, Runway, or UtopAI Studio, and a portfolio showing ads, short films, or similar work made with them.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong prompting skills for generative AI tools, with the ability to iterate quickly to get the right output.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, editing, and visual communication.
- Experience producing content for social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to write or adapt scripts into video content.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Experience creating UGC-style ads and multilingual content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
