Head – ODC, Heavy-Lift & Project Cargo

Role Purpose:

To lead and grow the ODC, Heavy-Lift and Project Cargo business across India and international markets, with responsibility for business development, project execution, commercial performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business and build relationships with EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy and industrial clients.
- Lead end-to-end ODC, Heavy-Lift and Project Cargo movements.
- Plan route surveys, specialized transportation, crane/lifting requirements, permits and site execution.
- Manage domestic and international project logistics, including multimodal transportation.
- Prepare project costing, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Manage vendors, transporters,



crane agencies and international partners.
- Ensure timely, safe and cost-effective project execution.
- Drive revenue, margins, customer satisfaction and overall P&L; performance.

Experience & Skills
- 12–18+ years of experience in ODC, Heavy Haulage, Heavy-Lift or Project Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of specialised transportation and project cargo execution.
- Proven business development and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience handling large and complex industrial projects.
- Robust leadership, customer management and problem-solving capabilities.
