About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, dependable and experienced General Manager to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the business.

The GM will be based at our Korba Head Office and will coordinate the operations of our Korba, Bilaspur and Jharsuguda facilities, reporting directly to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and administration across all locations.
- Plan and monitor daily dispatches, deliveries and logistics.
- Prepare and review daily MIS, operational reports and management updates.
- Handle employees, staff performance and day-to-day operational issues.
- Manage customer coordination, existing relationships and new customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with plants, transporters, vendors and other teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor pending work, identify issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Implement management decisions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Provide the Directors with a clear, consolidated view of daily business operations.

Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, Industrial Gases, Manufacturing, Industrial Supply, Logistics or a similar industry.
- Only experienced candidates will be considered.
- Strong skills in operations, administration, team management and coordination.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, email, MIS and daily reporting.
- Good communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and responsibility.
- A reliable and dependable person whom management can trust to handle day-to-day operations independently.
- Willing to travel between Korba, Bilaspur and Jharsuguda whenever required.

What We’re Looking For Someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensure accountability across teams, solve routine issues independently and act as a reliable operational link between the business and the Directors.
