Responsibilities

- Coordinate with project sites and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource deployment.
- Review project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
- Facilitate coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Track procurement status of critical equipment and materials.
- Review project reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities using project management tools.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards, timelines, quality requirements, and statutory norms.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations and status updates for senior leadership.
- Monitor project claims, change orders, contractual obligations, and commercial issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Power Engineering.
- MBA/PGDM in Project Management will be an added advantage.
