Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.

- Develop and execute business strategies, operational plans and growth initiatives.

- Manage and coordinate Compliance, Operations, Business Development, Finance and other teams.

- Drive revenue growth, partnerships, customer acquisition and business expansion.

- Monitor business performance, budgets, KPIs and operational efficiency.

- Identify business risks and ensure timely resolution of operational and compliance issues.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, partners and key stakeholders.

- Report business performance and strategic updates to senior management/directors.

- Ensure business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.

Required Skills

- Solid leadership, business management and decision-making skills.

- Experience in FinTech, Crypto/VDA, Financial Services or Technology preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
