Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall business operations, project execution, and organizational performance.

- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection systems.

- Manage projects involving fire alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, and fire suppression systems.

- Develop business growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety regulations, NBC, NFPA, and industry standards.

- Oversee safety practices, audits, inspections, certifications, and statutory compliance.

- Manage project budgets, forecasts, costs, and overall profitability.

- Lead and mentor technical, sales, project, and administrative teams.

- Monitor project timelines, quality, scope, and cost to ensure successful delivery.

- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, site teams, and clients for smooth project execution.

- Handle key client escalations, negotiations, and business-critical issues.

- Represent the organization in client meetings,



negotiations, and industry events.

- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Engineering or a related field.

- MBA / Management qualification will be an advantage.

- 1015+ years of experience in the fire fighting / fire protection industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership / managerial role.

- Solid understanding of fire protection systems, codes, and industry standards.

Technical Knowledge

- Fire Detection & Alarm Systems

- Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems

- Gas Suppression Systems FM-200, CO, etc.

- Fire Risk Assessment

- Fire Safety Audits & Compliance
